- Company details you provide (name, contact information, currency, optional logo)
- App usage data (sales, purchases, invoices, inventory records) stored locally
2. Google API and Google Drive Access
Tinda uses the Google Drive API to provide backup and restore functionality only.
Specifically:
- The app requests the
drive.file scope, which allows access only to files created by Tinda in your Google Drive.
- We do not access, read, or modify any other files in your Google Drive.
- Your Google account details are used only for login/authentication and never shared.
- Backups are stored securely in your Google Drive under your full control.
You can revoke Tinda's access to your Google account at any time through your
Google Account Permissions.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To allow you to back up your app data to Google Drive
- To allow you to restore your app data from Google Drive
- To authenticate your account securely
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.
Your data is never shared with advertisers or external services.
All access is strictly between you and your Google Drive account.
5. Data Storage and Protection
- Local app data is stored securely on your device.
- Backups sent to Google Drive are encrypted and only accessible by you.
- All communication between the app and Google APIs uses secure HTTPS connections and OAuth 2.0.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
- Tinda does not retain your data on its own servers.
- All data remains under your control on your device or in your Google Drive.
- You can delete your local data at any time from within the app.
- You can delete your Google Drive backups at any time directly from your Google Drive.
- Revoking the app’s access token also prevents any future data access.
7. Your Rights
- Access and review your data at any time from within the app
- Edit or delete your data manually
- Disconnect your Google account at any time
- Request support for data removal by contacting us
